能：

本品是以特種聚乙烯在氯原子作用下經(jīng)氯化而制得（水相懸浮法）化學(xué)性質(zhì)極為穩(wěn)定，無(wú)毒不燃，與所有的無(wú)機(jī)和有機(jī)顏料都有良好的相溶性，能溶于多種氯代烴、酮、酯等有機(jī)溶劑，具有良好的耐候性，耐油性和耐化學(xué)品性，在很多領(lǐng)域有效取代氯化橡膠（CR）和氯磺化聚乙烯樹(shù)脂。

用

途：

主要用于制造阻燃性，耐磨的重防腐涂料，防腐油漆，高級(jí)油墨，可廣泛應(yīng)用于化工設(shè)備，油田管道，海洋設(shè)施，冶金礦山等行業(yè)中。

貯存和包裝：

本品用塑料編織袋內(nèi)襯聚乙烯薄膜包裝，每袋凈重20kg，應(yīng)貯存在干燥、陰涼、通風(fēng)的庫(kù)房?jī)?nèi)

質(zhì)量指標(biāo)：

外觀白色粉末，應(yīng)符合Q/XQH151-2003標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

　　性能：本品是以特種聚乙烯在氯原子作用下經(jīng)氯化而制得(水相懸浮法)化學(xué)性質(zhì)極為穩(wěn)定，無(wú)毒不燃，具有良好的耐候性，耐臭氧性，耐油性和耐化學(xué)品性，經(jīng)反復(fù)試驗(yàn)，在PVC管材上做粘合劑，具有粘度高，抗沖擊性好，常溫下快速固化，固化后柔韌性好，在低溫下不固動(dòng)，不變色。

　　用途：本產(chǎn)品屬于CPVC粘合劑，(HCPE-H)適用于各種PVC的管材，管件，板材等材料的自粘以及金屬材料的粘結(jié)。

　　貯存和包裝：本品用塑料編織袋內(nèi)襯聚乙烯薄膜包裝，每袋凈重20kg，應(yīng)貯存在干燥、陰涼、通風(fēng)的庫(kù)房?jī)?nèi)，防止日曬和受潮。

High Chlorinated Polyethylene Resin (HCPE)(Coating Grade)

Properties:

White/slightly tint loose powder/particle. It is made from high density polythene by chlorinated method (water-phase suspension method). It can offer very stable properties, non toxicity and no fire. It has excellent solubility for all kinds of pigments. It can be dissolved in acetone, hydrochloric ether and ester. At the same time, it can offer good performance in element, oil and chemical surrounding. It can be used as the replacer of chlorinated rubber to get better properties and avoid giving out CCl4. It can be used as the replacement of chlorinated rubber.

Usage:

HCPE is mainly used to produce wear resistant, heavy corrosion resistant and self-extinguishing coatings/paints, high-grade adhesives and high quality oil printing ink. As coating, it can be used in chemical equipment, oil field pipelines, offshore facilities, ship coatings, metallurgy and mine, salt industry, fishing ground, wastes treatment, transportation facilities, container and electrical equipment.
