As a company, it is important to us that we have a variety of staff members who are suited to every requirement. This is one of the main reasons why we have 5,000 staff members. At Logos Translations, our goal is to go above and beyond expectations, and to do this we ensure that we find the person most suited to your requirements.
Our 5,000 staff members are found all around the world, which means you can be sure that there is somebody that can help. Furthermore, as our team is dedicated to their role, we have members of staff that will take on roles outside of ‘normal’ office hours.
We make sure we hand your translation requirements to somebody that we feel has the experience to complete your project to the best possible standard, so when you submit a job it goes through to one of our trained managers. All of our managers have a Masters degree in the field, which means they are more than qualified to pass on your requirements to the most qualified person, while giving them a full and detailed brief at the same time.
The most important thing to your business is that you receive your project in a suitable time and to the highest of standards. Our goal is to ensure every single one of our customers is happy with the services we offer. In order to be sure that we are hiring the best possible person, we only source our translators from the relevant associations. We make sure that all of our staff members are fully qualified and more importantly capable of meeting our high standards.
As our company is a multinational corporation, we make sure that we have somebody that can handle your questions at any stage of your project. It is important to us that you deal with somebody who can give you the best possible answer every time you speak to us. This is the reason why we employ the following staff members: Account Manager, Project Manager, Linguist Managers, Language Combination Controllers and Technical Managers. Here is what they do in more detail:
Account Manager – our account managers will look after any general issues with your account. This means that if you want to ask anything about pricing or service, then you should direct all of your questions to our qualified account managers.
Project Manager – the project manager has been trained to delegate your project to the right person every time. Furthermore, they keep in regular contact with the translator so that they can relay any information back to you.
Linguist Manager – our linguist manager’s deal with recruiting the best possible staff members. We have assigned a specialist group to this role so our other managers can deal with your project.
Language Combination Controller – these staff members make sure that all of our staff members keep up to our high standards.
Technical Managers – our tech managers deal with all non-translation issues within a role. This is to make sure everything always goes smoothly.
