福爾斯特FDM5032玻璃直線多級邊磨邊機（10磨頭） 機器簡介 該機用于平板玻璃平底邊、多級邊及棱邊的磨削、拋光。傳送帶采用滾動軸承結(jié)構(gòu)，使玻璃的傳送加工更加平穩(wěn)可在本機上自磨后傳送板，使之長久保持高精度。裝有自動和手動供油系統(tǒng)，使整機能保持在良好的潤滑條件下工作，使用壽命更長。電氣控制系統(tǒng)采用進口電器元件，運用PLC進行手動和自動控制，人機界面顯示被加工玻璃的厚度、斜邊角度、斜邊寬度及底邊剩余厚度等參數(shù)，可在2種狀態(tài)下一次性加工完成底邊與多級邊。 The machine is suitable for rough and fine grinding and polishing of bottom edge, slope of different angle and arris of flat glass. Conveyor belt adopts roll bearing structure, which make sure processed glass less friction and more stable. The machine can grind rear conveyor plate by itself to keep high accuracy for long life. Auto and manual oil supply system are equipped to guarantee machine working under a good lubrication condition to increase stability. Cleaner be mounted on front and rear guide rail, which clean front and rear conveyor plate in grinding process. Electrical system adopts import components; apply PLC control auto/manual program, HMI display data of glass thickness, bevel angle, bevel width, and bottom edge remaining thickness.
