Translation Accreditations

It is important to us that we are always improving. To make sure we are in line with industry standards, we seek out the relevant companies to audit us regularly. Here, we will explore some of the accreditations we have and more importantly what they mean to our clients.

Full Member of ATA

As a full member of the American Translation Association, we have access to over 10,000 members in 90 countries. Furthermore, any employees we recruit are also members of the ATA and those who join the ATA have been rigorously accredited to the highest of standards.  The ATA is one of the finest organisations in the world, and they are there to oversee that there are never any issues between companies and their members of staff.

ISO: 9001 Certified

An accreditation that is accepted around the world, the ISO: 9001 is a general endorsement to prove that our products, services and staff members are following standards set out by the authorities. This is a certification that requires a full audit by an independent company every three years.

EN: 15038 Certified

The EN: 15038 has been set up to provide those in the translation industry with specific standards. Any company that wants to be accredited with this certification must undergo a full on-site auditing by an independent company. This is widely accepted in the industry as the only credible certification.  The three main points that this certification focuses on is the level of competence shown by translators, the correct handling of every project and that all the steps of the translation process are handled in the right way. This includes contact, translation, checking, review, proofreading and verification.
